is an expert in change and transition. His study and postgraduate
research in the field of individual development originates from
his own passion, commitment and experience in this area.
Russell began his career in Film and Television managing huge teams
and crews in popular programmes ranging from live and recorded light
entertainment to drama. Seeking greater challenges in the film industry,
Russell made the transition into running his own feature film production
company
Russell’s commitment to his young family eventually enabled
a change in his approach to work-life balance and he moved further
in a direction where he had felt increasingly drawn: supporting
and nurturing the development of others.
Russell trained as a Life Coach with Coach U. He now has an extensive
client list of individuals committed to change from all areas of
life. He is much sought after as a commentator on the importance
of Life-Coaching in the press and has recently completed his first
book: ‘The Mid-Life Crisis Survival Kit!!’.
As a Coach, Russell practices what he preaches, constantly overcoming
his own fears and doubts in the pursuit of self-belief, confidence
and development. He is a qualified Scuba diver, marathon runner,
skydiver, Bungee jumper, horse rider, snow boarder/skier and is
learning to pilot a helicopter. He is a dedicated environmentalist,

the International Coach Federation. She has been coaching full time
now for 6 years. Prior to coaching her professional background was
recruitment at management level in the construction industry, as
a trainer for the DEE working with long term unemployed executives,
and a freelance outplacement counsellor in both the public and private
sectors. In her youth she was an actress and a dancer and she also
raced veteran cars.
Her coaching style is organic: together with her clients she plants
seeds, nurtures and watches what grows and needs then to be fed.
