Carole Gaskell - Managing Director of The Lifecoaching Company

One of the first British graduates of the world's leading coach training organisation CoachU, Carole has extensive international business experience in Europe, Australia and U.S. and was previously Marketing Director of a UK PLC. Carole specialises in coaching Individuals, Business Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Senior Executives and their Teams to reach their full potential and become more productive, profitable and personally fulfilled. Her first coaching book 'Transform Your Life - 10 Steps to Real Results' was published by Harper Collins in the UK in December 2000 and will be released in the US and Australia during Spring 2001. Rachel's background in Organisational Psychology as well as her previous business experience, running her own Management Company, puts her in a perfect position to support small businesses looking to maximise the performance of individuals and their teams. Trained as a lawyer, she has spent many years as a successful business owner. Polly is also a facilitator of Stephen Covey's workshops, 'The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People' and 'What Matters Most'.
Whilst a practical, results orientated, focused partner she believes it is not always easy, but that it is always possible. Polly is in her early 40's, married to David and has two gorgeous sons, Charlie and George.

James Butler moved 18 months ago into coaching to pursue his passion for bringing the best out of people, following a successful career developing businesses based on excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and others.
James aims to create a space for his clients where they can explore how they can change to create the future they want, how to become more effective, how to relate better to others and how to enjoy their time at work. His style is open, supportive and humorous, and he is not afraid to challenge his clients and to help them find the truth about themselves and their place in the world. Miriam has trained and worked within personal development and management for around 30 years. This has been in a variety of contexts including, training, management, coaching both personal and business, supervision, therapy, counseling and healing.
Successfully running businesses, she has experience of working as a business trouble shooter and as a psychotherapist. Miriam works intuitively with people, meeting them where they are. Her passion and delight is to support someone on their journey and discovery of who they are, what they want to do and where they want to go. She thoroughly enjoys her work and feels it is a great privilege to be part of the process which supports individuals to discover their power and realise their potential.

Russell is an expert in change and transition. His study and postgraduate research in the field of individual development originates from his own passion, commitment and experience in this area.
Russell began his career in Film and Television managing huge teams and crews in popular programmes ranging from live and recorded light entertainment to drama. Seeking greater challenges in the film industry, Russell made the transition into running his own feature film production company
Russell’s commitment to his young family eventually enabled a change in his approach to work-life balance and he moved further in a direction where he had felt increasingly drawn: supporting and nurturing the development of others.
Russell trained as a Life Coach with Coach U. He now has an extensive client list of individuals committed to change from all areas of life. He is much sought after as a commentator on the importance of Life-Coaching in the press and has recently completed his first book: ‘The Mid-Life Crisis Survival Kit!!’.
As a Coach, Russell practices what he preaches, constantly overcoming his own fears and doubts in the pursuit of self-belief, confidence and development. He is a qualified Scuba diver, marathon runner, skydiver, Bungee jumper, horse rider, snow boarder/skier and is learning to pilot a helicopter. He is a dedicated environmentalist, practices Yoga and meditation and devotedly supports the England Football Team.

Jilly trained with Coach U and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She has been coaching full time now for 6 years. Prior to coaching her professional background was recruitment at management level in the construction industry, as a trainer for the DEE working with long term unemployed executives, and a freelance outplacement counsellor in both the public and private sectors. In her youth she was an actress and a dancer and she also raced veteran cars.
Her coaching style is organic: together with her clients she plants seeds, nurtures and watches what grows and needs then to be fed. Kindness, tolerance and authenticity are key values and her principal strength is preparing clients for the greatest solo performance of all - LIFE!

Kate has ten years commercial experience in Marketing and Recruitment. She joined British Airways as a Graduate Trainee and spent 5 years in marketing before making the move into marketing recruitment.
She has been working as a coach for almost two years and has a track record of success with both individuals and corporations. She has an empathetic but challenging coaching style and enjoys working across a wide spectrum of coaching topics, but tends to specialise in the area of careers and work / life balance. Her personality can best be described as incredibly open, feisty, caring and fun.

Edna has had the privilege of working with people for over 25 years with her professional training and experience being in the fields of Coaching, Education, Psychotherapy, Supervision and Stress Management. She has also run several successful businesses since 1986. She has worked with individuals and groups and is passionate about releasing what is possible in people's lives. She has worked with a wide variety of people from Sussex Police to Channel 4 Television, from corporate executives to entrepreneurs.

Ali previously worked in the corporate world for 14 years. She spent 4 years in the IT. industry as a Project Manager and Consultant. Prior to that, she worked for 10 years in the drinks industry as a Customer Support and Supply Chain Manager for a number of organisations (Coca-Cola, Britvic Soft Drinks, Greenhalls Retail Division). She has extensive experience in business management and leadership. Her experience includes change management, development and motivation of both teams and individuals, goal setting and achieving results.

Dianna is an internationally recognised development consultant, career counsellor and professional coach. She has worked with all levels of solicitors at a wide range of firms including Lawrence Graham, Dechert and HammondSuddardsEdge.
Educated in the USA, Japan and UK, with a dual US/British nationality and Middle Eastern heritage, Dianna has an intrinsic understanding of cross-cultural issues. She read Psychology and Social Psychology at the University of Connecticut, USA and Law at the London School of Economics. She is also a graduate of both Coach University and Corporate Coach University International and is currently undertaking advanced training with the CoachVille Graduate Programme.

Nancy grew up in Canada and, with dual British nationality, has lived and worked throughout Europe and the UK for over 12 years. Nancy has had a high media profile as a coach on both television and BBC radio in the United Kingdom and North America. Nancy's articles and interviews have appeared in several online and print resources for expatriates and their families as well as mainstream newspapers such as the Belfast Telegraph and the Wall Street Journal. She holds an honours degree in Psychology and as part of a Masters programme, researched the effects of culture shock on self-identity.

Trainer and Mentor Duncan is one of Europe's leading coach trainers. He works with a variety of international clients and trains and mentors coaches from the UK, Europe, USA and Australia. A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a Certified Graduate Coach with Coach U, Duncan is also an NLP practitioner and is certified specifically in adult education. He coaches one to one and in groups, and writes a monthly newsletter on coaching related topics.
He is an expert in communication and people skills and has coached executives and managers in engineering, construction, pharmaceuticals, IT, publishing and the music industry as well as in government departments and voluntary organisations. Duncan works with individuals and business owners on planning, leadership, time management, work/life balance and career development.
Duncan really enjoys training and mentoring coaches as they learn both the science and the art of coaching. He supports them in gaining a strong foundation in coaching skills and ethics while simultaneously developing their unique style and strengths so that they are authentic. They are then able to connect with the individuality in their clients and enable them to use their resources and contribute fully.
