Working on a one-to-one basis with your own lifecoach can be an extremely effective and enjoyable way of transforming your life, your career, your business - or a combination of all three. Ideal for individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs and executives, all our coaches are professionally trained and have extensive experience of life, work and business issues.
Clients typically have 2 or 3 forty minute sessions with their coach every month, usually on the telephone, although meeting face-to-face is an option for those who prefer it. All our coaches offer ongoing email support to underpin the coaching relationship.
