Individual One Day Workshops

Coaching specialists, all The Lifecoaching Company's coaches have extensive commercial experience and have undergone an intensive two year coaching training programme, in addition to other specialist areas of study. We take care to match client needs to coach specialities and have created a variety of coaching options for you to choose from:

One to One Coaching
After an initial exploratory discussion to agree desired outcomes, the coaching itself can be carried out on the telephone or face to face, or a mixture of both. You will meet regularly with your coach to accelerate your personal and professional development. Blocks of 6 to 10 sessions are available. Telephone sessions tend to be of 45 minutes duration, face-to-face sessions are usually longer. All sessions are underpinned by email support if required for periods of 3 to 6 months. Lunchtime & Evening Workshops
Spend an inspirational couple of hours with a top small business or start-up coach. The workshops are designed to be highly interactive and a kick-start to the process of achieving your goals. See our forthcoming events for further information.

Group Telephone Coaching
For a cost effective approach to coaching, join a small group of small business owners for a 50 minute weekly coaching session with a small business coach.

Group telephone coaching takes place over a over a 3 month period, with one session every two weeks, plus email support in between. Pre-organised groups meet on a teleconference "bridge" line for regular sessions with a specialist coach. See Group Telephone Coaching for further information.
