1. Do I need to undertake a formal training course?

Like any other profession there is a need to ensure that your skills are as developed as they can be so we would certainly recommend that you undertake a recognised training qualification.

2. There are so many training schools to choose from which one is the best?

There are a growing number of training schools, particularly in the UK so the choice of which one will suit you best can be difficult. If you want to work as a coach on full time basis we would recommend that you undertake a training programme that is accredited by the International Coach Federation. They show such training schools on their website which can be found on www.coachfederation.org

3. Can I work with you as a coach?

4. Can you help me decide my next steps?

We can do this in two ways, firstly by working with a coach you have the opportunity to find out more about coaching first hand and to explore the best options for you or you might like to attend one of our workshops specifically designed to find out more about being a coach.
